At Orange Company, we respect your privacy and provide users with the ability to request deletion of their personal data.

This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request the deletion of their data collected through the Orange Company website, mobile application, or services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

This policy is designed to comply with the requirements of the Google Play User Data Policy, as well as applicable data protection laws.


1. Your Right to Request Data Deletion

Users of the Orange Company platform have the right to request:

  • Deletion of their account
  • Removal of personal information
  • Deletion of stored data associated with their account

Once a valid request is received, Orange Company will process the request in accordance with this policy.


2. Data That Can Be Deleted

When a user submits a data deletion request, the following types of information may be removed:

Personal Information

  • Phone number
  • Profile details
  • Saved addresses

Account Information

  • Login credentials
  • Account preferences
  • Profile photos

Usage Information

  • App usage activity
  • Booking history (may be anonymized)

In some cases, certain information may be retained even after account deletion.

4. How to Request Data Deletion

Users can request deletion of their data through one of the following methods.

Method 1: In-App Request (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your Orange Company account
  2. Go to Account Settings
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm your request

Once confirmed, the deletion process will begin automatically.


Method 2: Email Request

You can send a deletion request to our privacy team.

Your email should include:

  • Registered phone number or email address
  • Reason for deletion (optional)
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account

5. Processing Time

After receiving a verified deletion request:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • Personal data will be deleted within 7–15 business days

If additional verification is required, our team may contact you before processing the request.


6. What Happens After Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to access your account
  • All personal profile data will be permanently removed
  • Booking history may be anonymized for analytics purposes

Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.

If you wish to use Orange Company again, you will need to create a new account.


7. Security of Data Deletion

Orange Company uses secure systems and procedures to ensure that deleted data cannot be recovered or misused.

Our systems are designed to:

  • Permanently remove personal identifiers
  • Protect remaining data from unauthorized access
  • Maintain compliance with applicable privacy laws

8. Third-Party Data

If your data has been shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors or cloud hosting services), we will request deletion of personal data from those providers where required and technically feasible.

However, some data may remain with third parties if required for:

  • Payment processing
  • Financial compliance
  • Legal obligations
